Disturbing would be a less effective word to describe what I saw today...yikes...and moments like these help you formulate and postulate grand theorems/rules/ and so I did----
'The length of the skirt should be proportional to the width of the thigh'
Ls=k*Wt; where k is Propotinality constant Ls is length of the womans skirt and Wt width of her thigh!!!
